  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Allowance: RM500 (KPI Bonus) + RM600 (Night Shift Allowance)

Working hours: 9am - 6pm/6pm - 3am

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound calls, chats, and emails to address customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and other concerns related to the company’s products.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by providing accurate information and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirement

  • Can read and speak Mandarin proficiently
  • Local Malaysian
  • Open to SPM graduates

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
