JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information and update patient records in system
- Assisting during doctor's consultation and procedure. Check-out patients, assist with referral processing
- Handle billing process
- Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments
- Must be a team player and able to keep the team work spirit alive.
- Dispensing medication as prescribed by the doctor.
- Administer medications
- Administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Being able to speak Mandarin is a must, as you need to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Working experience in the related field is an extra advantage. Training provided
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Required Skill(s): nursing, customer care, patient care
- Possess own Transport
- Able to work on shift
