- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including payables, receivables, and ledger entries.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliation.

- Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.

- Perform month-end account closing and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and assist in financial year-end audit planning and preparation of annual financial statements.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks and finance projects assigned by the superior.
- Proven accounting experience.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Need to have knowledge on SQL.
- Proficiency in MS Office, database, and accounting software.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers and numerical analysis.
- Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
- Strong data entry and word processing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin preferred to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Positive work attitude and a willingness to learn.
