1. Content Review & Evaluation:

  • Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure IT aligns with the platform’s guidelines and community standards.
  • Moderate content including text, images, videos, and other user submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements.

    2. Flagging & Removal:

    • Flag and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content that violates community standards, platform rules, or legal regulations.
    • Take swift, decisive action to address violations while maintaining accuracy and consistency in judgment.

      3. Staying Updated on Platform Guidelines:

      • Continuously stay informed on updates to platform guidelines, rules, and best practices.
      • Maintain a high level of brand advocacy, ensuring that all moderation actions reflect the platform's mission and values.

        4. Collaboration & Process Improvement:

        • Collaborate with other team members to ensure moderation processes are efficient, consistent, and timely.
        • Participate in team discussions and share insights for improving content moderation workflows.

          5. Handling High-Volume Content Review:

          • Manage high volumes of content review during peak hours, ensuring that all reviews meet typing speed and productivity targets.
          • Prioritize urgent or escalated content issues to ensure timely resolution.

            6. Feedback & Policy Recommendations:

            • Provide constructive feedback on content moderation practices and recommend improvements to the policies, tools, and procedures.
            • Assist in testing and refining new moderation features or processes.

              7. Meet Performance Targets:

              • Work towards achieving individual and team performance goals, along with other key performance indicators (KPIs), as set by your supervisor or management.

                C. Qualifications

                • Educational Background: Possess at least Diploma and above, in any field. SPM graduates are also welcome to apply.
                • Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related role is preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and content moderation tools is a strong advantage.

Working hour: 10am-7pm, Mon-Sun with rotational 2 off days

Budget: Salary: Basic 3.1k + Skill Allowance 500 + perfect attendance allowance 100

A. Position Overview

As a Content Moderator/Backend Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies. Your role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the platform by flagging and removing content that violates community standards. You'll work closely with team members to optimize moderation processes and ensure timely, efficient handling of high-volume content. Staying updated on evolving platform rules, you will play an essential role in safeguarding the brand's reputation while ensuring a safe and positive experience for users.
