- Assist in procurement and sourcing activities including issuance of PO, payment requisitions including arrangement of samples.
- Assist in up-keeping of office equipment and scheduling of services including motor vehicles, machineries, etc.
- Assist in follow up and maintain proper records of renewal of various service contracts, licenses, etc.
- Assist in managing of office supplies and adhered to system in place for a cost-effective and efficient tracking system.
- Assist in preparation of annual functions (e.g. annual dinner, exhibitions, company trip..)including printing of company collaterals etc.
- Ensure a systematic filing system are in place as per company policy with special emphasis on important documents (in both printed and electronic/soft copies)
- Assist in preparation for ISO 9001 implementation and continuous improvement.
- Assist in yearly stock take activities.
- Managing the recruitment inbox - responding to all applications and agencies as appropriate and passing CV's on for further considerations.
- Co-ordination of the monthly payroll process.
- Updating leave application etc.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience with administrative background.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Good computer skills MS Office
- 5 working days a week
