Handle daily Export and Import operations for Air and Ocean shipments, including booking, documentation, quotations, custom clearance, and more.
Liaise with customers, overseas agents, and vendors such as carriers and hauliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiate rates effectively with business partners.
Prepare monthly reports.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin fluency is preferred as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Minimum 1 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related logistics role.
Strong understanding of import and export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
A team player with a problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
