We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee the growth of the Amplify Curiosity Commercial Channel Partner Sales Incentive and Training program across the APJ (Asia-Pacific and Japan) region. This role will involve close collaboration with business units, sales teams, and marketing to implement innovative offers and ensure the platform remains current and effective.


What a Global Channel Program Enablement Manager does at HP:

  • Program Launch in new countries and Growth in existing: Develop and execute strategies for the successful launch and growth of Amplify Curiosity Sales incentive and training programs across APJ countries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business units and sales teams to align program offerings with business goals and sales strategies.
  • Platform Management: Ensure the Amplify Curiosity platform is up-to-date with the latest offers, resources, and training materials.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions to sales teams and channel partners to enhance their understanding and utilization of the program.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of the programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the programs meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive awareness and participation in the programs.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
