Scope & Authority
- As a result of the interviews recommend an applicant to become part of the company
- Identify areas of opportunity of job descriptions and profiles
- Manage and lead TA Partners towards their deliverables and day to day tasks
- Drive team compliance to HR/Recruitment policies and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to read, write & speak in Japanese and English.
- Minimum of 5 years as a recruiter, BPO background will be an added advantage.
- Well verse in recruitment field.
Key Responsibilities:

- Screen candidates resumes and job applications for local hiring and across Asia
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
