Working location: Masai/Pasir Gudang/Kluang/Batu Pahat/Kulai/Skudai

Remuneration package: Basic salary + Fix Allowances + Incentive

Working hour: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)

Tenure: Contract for 2 years – chances to absorb as permanent depends on performance/headcount availability

Responsibilities:

To help BSN's customer stay protected by offering Bank Insurance Product, Bancassurance (Conventional/Non-Shariah compliant)
To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share the product with others customer within bank community.
To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target.
Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities (face to face (F2F) / virtually).
To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service. Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.

Requirements:

Possess recognized Degree or Diploma in any field
Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage
Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Able to travel
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Possess PCE/CLIE is an added advantage
Preferable min 1 year sales experience. Training provided.
