Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics, including delivery times, success rates, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
Inspect completed work or ongoing tasks to ensure they meet the required specifications and plan requirements.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the parcel delivery process and propose solutions.
Document and report tasks or work that fail to meet standards to QC Supervisor.
Provide training and guidance to couriers to ensure adherence to required standards.
Collaborate with senior managers to develop strategies and methods to enhance overall quality.
Manage the coordination and dispatch of delivery tasks, monitor parcel movements, and perform statistical analyses of service activities, including tracking progress and investigating service incidents such as lost or damaged parcels.

Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
1- 2 years of experience in Express, Logistic or other related businesses.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
Open to a six-day workweek, with the flexibility to work from home on Saturdays.
