- Ensure proper filing in Drive for all invoices, payment vouchers, monthly statements, and payroll.
- Coordinate activities and communication between HQ and all branches.
- Manage expenses and budgets for HQ and all branches.
- Provide administrative support to HQ and branch staff.
- Assist branches in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support branches with onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Draft and maintain records for employee-related documentation, such as offer letters and employment records.
- Arrange interviews and manage hiring documentation for branches.
- Assist in payroll administration, leave tracking, and staff welfare management.
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Monitor staff overtime records and reimbursement submissions.
- Keep track of company uniform and stationery inventory.
- Minimum Qualification: SPM (Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related field preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- At least 1 year of working experience in administration is preferred.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Willing to learn and committed to work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Sheets, and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, willing to travel, and able to manage branches and handle outstation tasks.
- EPF/SOCSO/EIS contributions.
