Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, addressing any customer queries and providing recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience and make adjustments as necessary.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and train the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain high morale among the team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Plan and manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak times.
- Oversee team development and ensure ongoing training for skills enhancement.
Operational Efficiency:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained, both front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Help with restaurant set-up and clean-up, ensuring a well-organized and spotless environment.
- Monitor the dining area and back-of-house operations for cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all food and beverage items are served in accordance with the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Uphold the restaurant’s operating procedures and ensure all team members adhere to them.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Management or Head of Department.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve at least SPM education
- Experience in F&B is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
