• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Order Processing:
• Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping and delivery.
• Track and resolve issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales (e.g., PPC, social media, email marketing).
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and strategies.
