  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Details:

  • Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Offered Salary: Up to RM 8,000

Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive complex contract management solutions and influence decision making for management of strategic assets by recommending the optimal contracting strategy, commercial models & effective contract management tactics based on the identified supply chain risks and opportunities.
  • Plan, optimize and execute end to end sourcing activities by conducting should-cost modelling, supplier industry analysis factoring in business needs and advise on category management strategy.
  • Proficient at evaluating suppliers' performance in areas such as human rights, labour practices, environmental sustainability, health & safety, business ethics, to make conscientious and accountable procurement decisions.
  • Effectively drive strategy and lead cross-functional negotiations based on the analysis of the stakeholder landscape and drive total cost reductions for the business. This includes defending category-specific risk and resolving conflicting negotiation positions while maintaining relationships.
  • Effective in motivating decision making by combining deep market intelligence, understanding the impact of trends to the business and the capacity to develop a robust supplier network. Develop supplier relationship strategy and identify synergistic opportunities to achieve shared goals.
  • Be a thought partner and create organizational value by developing trust-based relationships and provide insight on integrated value and risk to facilitate strategic partnerships.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end sourcing and contracting management including tender evaluation with the ability to adjust global strategies to current local business and market conditions.
  • Seasoned professional with solid entrepreneurial and commercial mindset preferably gained from ‘hands-on’ front-line Procurement or Supply Chain rolesin Infrastructure and Corporate categories.
  • Uncompromising discipline to Safety, Ethics & Compliance, Code of Conduct, Laws & Regulations when delivering business outcomes.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse interfaces, build trust and credibility, essential for cross-functional collaboration and performance.
  • Highly motivated and determined to strategically perform and continuously improve.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Contracting & Sourcing: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Procurement or Supply Chain: 5 years (Preferred)
