Control the all activities, facilities, manpower and equipment to work efficiently and control loss & damaged.
Analyze all problems and performance to prepare reports and purpose solutions for solving problems, cost control and improve work efficiency.
Manage manpower of team including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, operational resource support in order to work smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
Follow up the new technics and analyze overall problem of Hub operations in order to improve effective strategies and working processes.
Other tasks as assigned.

Prefer extensive working experience in the logistics and warehousing industry.
Must have experience with Automated Sorting Systems.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Proven ability to supervise a team of 20 to 50 employees.
Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
Strong communication, presentation, and adaptability skills are required.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Working Days: 6 Days / Week
Working Hours: Rotational Shift
