Security Guard Supervisor

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants.
• Enforce access control procedures by checking identification, permits, and authorizations of individuals entering the premises.
• Prevent unauthorized entry and potential security breaches by maintaining a strong physical presence and vigilance.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergencies, and take appropriate action as per established protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property, checking for signs of damage, suspicious activities, or safety hazards.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and other security systems to keep a close eye on the property at all times.
• Report any security-related issues, disturbances, or incidents to the appropriate authorities or supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries and directions.
• Maintain accurate records and log entries of activities, incidents, and observations during the shift.
• Follow established procedures for locking and unlocking doors, gates, and access points at specified times.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other security personnel and team members to ensure a coordinated security effort.
• Stay updated on security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform routine checks on security equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain a professional and alert demeanor throughout the shift to deter potential security threats.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the site's security policies and enforce them consistently.
• Remain aware of potential security risks and adapt security measures accordingly.
• Respond to requests for assistance or support from other departments or personnel, as needed.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
