- Review and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conceptualize plans to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs and convey them to staff
- Foster a positive work environment to ensure high morale among staff
- Provide exemplary quality of customer service by using the company’s training guidelines and leading by example for staff to follow
- Possess strong knowledge of the brand and products, as well as current trends in the luxury market to provide relevant suggestions to customers and maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer’s feedback and/or complaints in a professional manner
- Understand and maintain the company’s visual merchandising guidelines to ensure an excellent presentation of the store interior, windows and mannequins
- Maintain company’s standard and guidelines for both front and back-of-house in store
- Ensure professional image and grooming standards across all staff
- Support recruitment activities (i.e. interview candidates and training of new employees)
- Location at Suria KLCC
- Possess at least 7 to 10 years of retail experience, of which more than 5 years is of Store Manager experience
- Possess strong interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
- Adaptable, independent and customer-focused
- Able to calculate and analyze retail KPIs to come up with suggestions for improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong excel and presentation preparation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Prior exposure in premium fashion brands and/or menswear brands is required
- Immediate availability or on short notice is highly preferred
