Business Data Enablement Manager
Castrol must ensure critical processes and data are designed, enabled, and optimized to enable business strategy and performance.
A Castrol Initiate & Confirm team being setup to manage the ERP enabled business transformation process design and Quantum migration strategy, change management agenda and process simplification globally across the business. This role will work in full alignment with the C&P Rugby program to manage the process knowledge consolidation as part of an integrated “Quantum Castrol” team.
In this role You will:
Support, implement, and operate the Quantum’s DETL Data Framework Operating Model. (DETL = Data Extract – Transform and Load)
Define, implement and operate the data quality, data standards and data migration plan required to align all source system master data and transactional data migration into the designated S4 data model target.
Ensure data compliance and adoption of data standards with the Process design framework for Quantum Process Strategy.
Advise and implement on data quality, alignment, completeness, cleansing, and conversion.
Appraise and improve data standards and identify adoption and improvement opportunities.
Establish and drive Design Authorities and Governance for Data and handle partner concerns
What You will need to be successful:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business, project management, or information technology.
Communication & Business Knowledge: Proficiency in communicating complex data concepts and business processes to a non-technical audience.
Analytics & Data Modeling: Skills in analytics, data modeling in tools like Power BI and programming languages such as DAX, SQL, Python and R.
Data Governance & Quality Management: Expertise in managing data quality rules, algorithms on master data and ensuring transactional fluidity.
Process & System Architecture: Understanding of business process relation to data, system architecture and big data processing for optimization and automation.
Strategic Insight Translation: Ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations and drive cross-channel optimization
Deep experience in crafting, transforming, and maintaining business process models in coordinated supply chain areas.
Practical operational experience in coordinated supply chain.
Demonstrable ability to lead a team and engage with diverse collaborators.
Business insight and advanced communication skills.
Experience working in a matrix environment across multiple geographies.
Advisory environment experience with major transformation engagements and board-level stakeholder interactions.
Demonstrable experience in delivering business transformation as part of major ERP implementations and/or major business transformation projects.
Deep understanding of specified process areas and integration points with other data and process areas.
