Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:o Assist in daily operations, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and operations.• Project Coordination:o Support in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.o Monitor project progress and provide updates to supervisors.• Communication Management:o Handle email correspondence, prepare meeting materials, and document minutes.o Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to assigned tasks.• Logistics Coordination:o Arrange travel itineraries, meeting schedules, and necessary materials for the team.o Ensure all logistical needs for projects or events are addressed.• Problem-Solving:o Address operational challenges promptly and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.• Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles is an advantage.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (other languages are a plus).
