  • SQL Programming: Very strong experience with advanced SQL programming skills to handle, work, and write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Performance Tuning: Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization is mandatory.
  • ETL Knowledge: Experience with ETL design/concept and tools such as SSIS.
  • RDBMS and Data Modelling: Strong knowledge of RDBMS, data modelling, and database design principles.
  • Database Security: Familiarity with database security best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Programming Languages: Some experience in C#.

Design, develop, and maintain MSSQL database systems to support various applications and business needs.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data retrieval and manipulation in large-scale data environments, such as Data Warehouses.

Perform query optimization and tuning to improve database performance.

Design and implement ETL processes using tools such as SSIS to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.

Apply strong RDBMS and data modelling principles to design and develop robust database solutions.

Ensure data integrity, security, and availability through best practices and regular maintenance.

Work closely with development teams to integrate database solutions with applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.

Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in database technologies.
