  • Attend to customer's inquiries
  • Receive calls from our client customers to provide solutions.
  • To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
  • To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
  • To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs.
  • To attend inbound calls, mails, and chats.
  • Education- SPM and above (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree etc)
  • Language- English, and Mandarin (Please note: *Candidate advance in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers/ clients.)
  • Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided. (Free & Professional Training)
  • with customer service experience is an advantage (chance to nego higher salary)
  • Proficient in the use of computers
