- Attend to customer's inquiries
- Receive calls from our client customers to provide solutions.
- To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
- To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
- To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs.
- To attend inbound calls, mails, and chats.
- Education- SPM and above (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree etc)
- Language- English, and Mandarin (Please note: *Candidate advance in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers/ clients.)
- Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided. (Free & Professional Training)
- with customer service experience is an advantage (chance to nego higher salary)
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Pleasant personality and able to handle stress
- Language- English, and Mandarin (Please note: *Candidate advance in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers/ clients.)
