Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives, designing the data model and developing visualisations that provide actionable insights.
• Designing and developing BI reports and interactive dashboards
• Responsible for data management, ensuring they are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis (data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes).
• Data security
• Collaborating with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality BI solutions that meet them.
• Optimise and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Power BI solutions, data presented in the dashboards and report.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure to ensure it's up-to-date and running smoothly.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in Power BI and data visualisation to leverage them effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer
• Microsoft Power BI Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with other BI and data visualisation tools.
• Strong skills for data manipulation and extraction
• Strong knowledge of data modelling
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,199.76 - RM13,683.40 per month
