Senior Accounts Executive

• To perform month-end account closing activities and bank reconciliation.
• To prepare and review project budget and cash flow projection (Cash Budget) on monthly basics.
• To maintain a master list of journal entries such as accruals of expenses and income, prepayment, payroll, staff incentive, stock, and fixed assets.
• To receives payment report from AR team and ensure all payment are capture and tally in system.
• To review and record entry into profit and loss & balance sheet and ensure AR/AP ageing tally with GL.
• Prepare GL analysis and generate P&L statement.
• Liaise with external parties such as Auditor, Tax Agent and Custom.
• Involve and assist in general ledger closing of monthly accounts.
• Involve in the prepare papers for Management Meeting and HKEX reporting.
• Prepare monthly schedules, yearly audit and tax schedules
• Involve and assist in preparation of yearly budget.
• To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
• To perform any other duties as required by the Top Management from time to time

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): QNE Accounting and IFCA
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable experience from the construction sector
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance will be an advantage
• Preferably can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
