  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage and coordinate all operation related matters including building maintenance and other related.
  • Manage and work with sub-contractors/ suppliers/ vendors or appointed personnel to ensure all the operations of plants/ equipment are safe including establishing safe working conditions and adhering to all statutory requirements and renewals in related to Authorities’ requirement are met.
  • Plan, Implement and monitor preventive maintenance works of the various equipment and systems of the building.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, contract requirements and company policies and procedure.
  • Responsible to ensure that the Company’s property, assets are managed as per Company standards, safe and secured.
  • Recommending and coordinating improvements on the property as needed.
  • Actively seeking and securing new tenants for rental properties.
  • Overseeing/drafting lease agreements and maintaining positive relationships with tenants while ensuring property upkeep and compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical), Facilities Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience with similar capacity will be considered.
  • Good understanding of building systems such as BAS, elevators, fire safety systems, HVAC, power distribution, etc.
  • Hands on knowledge in all technical aspects of building and facilities.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and meeting deadline.
  • A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
