System Service Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
  • Assist clients in system setup, configuration, and user training.
  • Respond to service requests via calls, emails, and tickets in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal & external vendor teams to resolve escalated technical problems.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and maintenance as required.
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct testing and provide feedback on system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical support, customer service, or system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.
  • Responsible, team-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
  • Able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred for dealing with Mandarin-speaking vendor team.
