Your Job Scope :

提供优质的客户体验，通过面对面、在线和电话咨询，协助客户挑选最符合其需求和风格的产品，提供报价、处理订单，并通过建立信任的客户关系促进长期合作。
(Deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers through walk-in, online, and phone consultations. Guide them in selecting products that best suit their needs and style preferences, provide quotations, process orders, and build trusted relationships for long-term collaboration.)
协助创意营销活动，包括设计吸引人的社交媒体内容、策划线上线下活动，以及组织推广活动，进一步提升品牌形象并吸引潜在客户。(Assist in creative marketing initiatives by supporting the creation of engaging social media content, helping to coordinate online and offline campaigns, and organizing promotional events to enhance brand image and attract potential customers.)
确保展厅布局和陈列时尚且吸引人，定期更新，以提升客户购物体验；同时协助分析销售数据趋势，并与团队合作，确保库存供应和销售目标的协调一致。(Ensure showroom layouts and displays are stylish, appealing, and regularly refreshed to enhance the customer shopping experience. Assist in analyzing sales data trends and collaborate with the team to align stock availability and sales goals with business objectives.)
Be able to work at weekend & off day at weekdays.Qualifications & Experience

You Should Have :

Experience & knowledge in communicating with customer.
Possess Bachelor's or Diploma in business study, Interior design, marketing, or equivalent field (will be added advantage).
Experience work in retail sales environment & customer service (will be added advantage).
Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
