Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and role specifications.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
  • Promote positive workplace relationships and mediate disputes when necessary.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and programs.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor employee performance and assist in setting individual and team goals.
  • Facilitate performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Maintain records of employee certifications and training progress.

HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain employee records, including contracts, personal information, and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.

Policy Development & Implementation:

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and guidelines.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular HR reports, including recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
