Office Administrator
Position : Office Administrator
Location : Bangsar South, KL
Working Hours : Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities
· Manage daily administrative operations, including procurement, equipment servicing, and IT support coordination.
· Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services.
· Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transfers.
· Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and oversee office facilities management.
· Manage lease agreements, health and safety procedures, and assist with office renovations or relocations.
· Oversee vendor contracts, payments, and yearly contract renewals.
· Assist with budgeting, office expense tracking, and payment processing.
· Support employee engagement activities and onboarding / offboarding processes.
Requirements
· Diploma in any field.
· 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attentive, resourceful, proactive, and organized with sound problem solving skills.
· Able to contribute positively as a team player, assisting with various tasks as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
