Job Purpose:
- Responsible for creating a conducive and safe environment for all employees and stakeholders by providing physical security protection, conducting risk assessments, and delivering security awareness programs. The objective is to minimize risks, enhance safety, and optimize production. Additionally, accountable for raising awareness to counteract rice smuggling activities, and effectively managing information provided by informers regarding rice contraband issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for developing security procedures for all stakeholders.
2. Accountable for ensuring that the security vendor adheres to BERNAS's requirements.
3. Accountable for ensuring effective access control measures and maintaining the security of the company's perimeter.
4. Accountable for conducting investigations into security incidents and providing accurate and timely reports to management.
5. Accountable for conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
6. Accountable for the appointment of a new security vendor and increase/decrease locations or CSAs in current services.
7. Accountable for raising awareness among enforcement agencies regarding the processes associated with incoming rice from overseas and BERNAS inland rice trading.
8. Accountable for addressing information provided by informers or whistleblowers regarding sellers with potential suspicions.
9. Accountable for supporting enforcement agencies in tackling illicit rice trade activities.
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Years of Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in Security and Safety management, Law Enforcement, the armed forces or related field with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
