Job Description
- Acts as Engineers Representatives.
- Coordinates with the Client and Contractor.
- Able to handle design change at site and coordinate with HQ for drawings.
- Liaises with Local Authorities.
- Advises on contractual and construction matters.
- Liaises with Department and approve Contractors submissions.
- Coordinates forward planning.
- Implements the term and conditions of Contract.
- Supervises, reviews, monitors and reports on progress.
- Liaises with all parties for site safety.
- Convenes and chair regular meetings.
- Issues additional drawings & etc as required.
- Provides technical leadership to his team.
- Coordinates and monitors activities of his team.
- Ensures prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of records according to ISO 9001.
- Maintains awareness of contracts financial status.
- Gives final approval to Works and arrange Handover.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
- Registered as Professional Engineer with BEM.
- Minimum 10 years experiences in construction supervision of large scale infrastructure project such as road and bridge construction, highway, sewerage, drainage etc.
- Minimum 5 years experiences working on the same capacity (Rationalized Sewerage Works).
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in an engineering consulting firm.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills.
