Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value sales opportunities for cybersecurity products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer requirements and emerging market needs.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Partner with channel sales teams to leverage reseller and partner networks.
  • Account Management
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while delivering value to customers.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, threat intelligence, or identity management.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and industry standards.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
