Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value sales opportunities for cybersecurity products and services.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to product teams on customer requirements and emerging market needs.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Partner with channel sales teams to leverage reseller and partner networks.
- Account Management
- Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while delivering value to customers.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, threat intelligence, or identity management.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and industry standards.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities simultaneously.
