Job Description:
- Handling HR documentation
- Handling foreign workers management (Transportation, Hostel, Hygiene, Discipline)
- Handling recruitment (Make recruitment advertisements, interviews, filtering candidates, recruit through various platform)
- Handling staff disciplinary issue
Job Specification:
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Administration or equivalent
- Required Skill(s): Excel, Word
- Work Location: Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan
- Minimum 2 years of HR senior executive/assistant manager experience
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience
- Good working knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and best human resource practices
- Able to work under stress and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speakers.

- 至少 2 年人事部执行人员(senior executive)或副经理(assistant manager)工作经验
- 全面的人力资源知识，尤其是实践经验
- 熟悉马来西亚劳动法、法定要求和最佳人力资源实践
- 能够在压力下独立工作，只需极少的监督。
- 精通英语和华语者优先，因为该职位要求应聘者与讲华语的人打交道。
