Sales And Marketing Executive

Job Descriptions :

• Assist the manager with sales targets, strategies, and the annual project pipeline.
• Explore, identify, and evaluate new leads and markets, particularly for solar business, through various initiatives and campaigns.
• Generate sales revenue to achieve targets set by the management.
• Schedule business meetings with prospective clients.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending public events such as FFM platforms.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers.
• Attend to all sales inquiries, follow up, and provide customer service as necessary.
• Provide customers with information such as warranties, credits, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to conduct site visits and develop PV system designs that fulfill client requirements.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous growth.
• Support authority documentation, submission, liaison, and approval processes.

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Mass Communications, or Marketing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Sales and marketing experience in the solar-related field is an added advantage.
• Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, positive, and willing to learn and adapt to market changes.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the company.
• Able to communicate and present well to people at any level and work as a team.
• Possess own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
