The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the below:
- Engage in both business development by prospecting for new clients as well as account management by servicing and handling project sales from existing clients
- Conduct through market research to identify potential business opportunities, new markets & industry trends
- Develop strategy to enter new/emerging markets
- Through recommendation/networking, reach key decision makers of new markets
- Prepare and organise booth at industry conferences, trade shows & networking events. Even speaking on professional events to increase company visibility.
- Maintain strong rapport with Client's Snr Management/key decision maker
- Support Executive for final closing of order
- Work closely with the technical team to design & tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements
- Ensure we have strong projects pipelines such that there is no idling of resources
- Up sell and cross sell our services to client
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience esp for consumer projects
- Good personal network of retail partners
- Expert at networking
- Good Negotiator and experience with sales closure
- Excellent people skills
- Good at entertaining clients
- Professional and articulate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM36,000.00 - RM43,379.00 per year
