  • Manage proper recording and updates for group vehicle management fleet and to ensure all renewals up to-date (Puspakom Inspection & Road tax renewal).
  • Perform Puspakom Inspection for company vehciles as per Company’s SOP for Puspakom Inspection
  • Ensure to conduct hostel inspection by monthly basis
  • Ensure to maintain cleanliness (Housekeeping management, Pest Control Service & etc) stationery and, office maintenance.
  • To liaise with landlord / owners for tenancy agreement renewal and negotiation and ensuring all renewal are up to date
  • Responsible on the management of the physical stock of uniform, documentation of the issuance/replacement log
  • Ensure to renew LHM & LHS Business & Signboard License duly
  • Ensure to follow up with the vendor to service on water dispenser in office, photostat machines & Others GA related matters.
  • Perform any administration task or any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
