As Honda 4S dealer located in USJ, we seek cheerful, dedicated and friendly individual to join our team. Your role will include the following :
- Conduct Service Reminder calls/texts to ensure consistent service intakes of dealership
- Coordinate and record customers' appointment booking and plot the capacity planning to ensure smooth flow of operations in dealership.
- Conduct Post Service Follow Up with customer to measure customer satisfaction for improvement activities.
- Handle customers' concern, analyse root cause and propose improvement activities.
- Ensure all customers' concerns are promptly reported and replied effectively.
- Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and protected all times through constant monitoring.
- Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer and internal departments towards achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct invitation, records customer's appointment and coordinate parts ordering.
- Coordinate activity Sales.
- Greet customers when they arrive for their appointment and direct them to the right counter.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- 2 years experience in Customer Service will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong language skills - able to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer service oriented and embrace the "Customers Comes First" mind set
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- IT literate
- Independent, high commitment, motivated and able to promote good problem solving.
- This role requires you to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) full day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
