Working Hours: Rotational Shift (24 hours rotational shift)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to communicate in Mandarin since it will be dealing with a Mandarin Speaker.
SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Able to work on rotational shifts.
Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Proficient in computer typing skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer literacy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
