Job Title: Java Backend Engineer

Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of experience

Professional Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Java Backend Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development, Shell Scripting, and working in Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for backend development, and expertise in building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems. This role will require proficiency in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Java 8 and related technologies.

2. Write and maintain efficient Shell scripts to automate tasks and support backend processes.

3. Work in a Linux environment for system configuration, debugging, and performance monitoring.

4. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement robust solutions.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and functionality.

6. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

7. Monitor system performance and optimize application processes to improve efficiency.
