Position: Customer Care Consultant / Customer Service Consultant (TV and Radio Operator)

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Basic Salary: RM1800 (after probation up to RM2400)

Benefits: Up to RM200.00 Rewards & Recognition Allowance (Depending on KPI)

Working Days: 5 days 2 days off

Working Hours: 8AM to 5PM / 12PM to 9PM

Requirements:

  • SPM/O-Level with at least 2 years working experience in customer service.
  • Diploma with minimum 6 months working experience in customer service.
  • Degree fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work on public holidays, weekends and on rotational shifts.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Description:

  • Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end to end handling of calls) as part of inbound and outbound function to provide information and assistance.
  • Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets.
  • Cross-selling of all products and services including all upgrades for product & packages.
  • Spin-gating attempt for customers who request to downgrade their packs.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management.
  • You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
