Job Description:
- Provide after-sales service support for advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, etc.
- Provide solutions and improvement in Production Yield and support Test operations in achieving optimized equipment utilizations
- Identify Assist/Lead technical projects/problem resolutions for customers.
- Identify opportunities for solution business in collaboration with Service Sales team.
- Ensure deliverables in service contracts are met.
- Provide technical inputs to factory for product improvements/new designs.
- Provide consultancy services to customers for equipment performance improvements.
- Assist/Lead equipment integration to customer’s factory automation systems.
- Provide Engineering and Technical support such as debugging test programs and test hardware.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Experienced in handling semiconductor ATE equipment such as Tester & Handler.
- Knowledgeable in C++, script programming and 93000 software/debugging tools will be an added advantage.
- Possess Data driven problem solving skill and a quality mindset.
- Understand OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) and drive improvements
- Knowledge in smart factory and production solutioning
- Some experience in project management preferred.
- Strong problem solver with good technical capabilities, good communication skill, self-motivated, customer focus and result oriented.
- Occasional travel required, sometimes on short notice.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
