Job Responsibilities:
- Client Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via email, phone, and other communication platforms.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups to clients regarding services, processes, or issues.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team or management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing and managing invoices, purchase orders, or other financial documents.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in client support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
