Client Support/ Admin Assistant

Time : Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm

Location : Educity, Iskandar Puteri

Salary : Up to RM3500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via email, phone, and other communication platforms.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups to clients regarding services, processes, or issues.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team or management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing and managing invoices, purchase orders, or other financial documents.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in client support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
