Software Developer (Flutter)

We are seeking a Software Developer(Flutter) who is passionate about crafting exceptional and seamless UI experiences. If you are an expert in Flutter development, with a strong background in Azure Cloud, GitHub, MySQL, and related technologies, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Excellence: Lead the development and design of visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring an exceptional user interface and experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create highly responsive and performant mobile applications.
• Azure Integration: Leverage your expertise in Azure Cloud to integrate cloud-based solutions into our applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Version Control: Manage and maintain code repositories on GitHub, collaborating with the development team and participating in code reviews.
• Database Management: Develop and optimize database solutions using MySQL or related technologies to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, processes, and best practices.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Flutter web app development.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, FlutterFlow, or similar platforms for creating user interface designs and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various screen sizes.
• Proficiency in state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) for complex applications.
• Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs services.
• Knowledge of web application performance optimization techniques (e.g., minimizing load times and lazy loading).
• Familiarity with web application security best practices, including secure authentication and data encryption.
• Proficiency in database management with MySQL or similar technologies, including back-end connectivity for Flutter web applications.
• A portfolio showcasing web applications built using Flutter with responsive design and innovative features.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred).
• A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in mobile and web app development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
