Engineering Service & Sales Support Coordinator | KL
Job Overview:
The position involves coordinating and facilitating service attendances for clients across the Asia Pacific region. The role requires close collaboration with the Service Manager and System Engineers to meet departmental objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and results. The candidate will handle administrative, commercial, and operational responsibilities while ensuring adherence to company guidelines and fostering effective communication within and across departments.
The candidate must demonstrate a proactive attitude, adaptability to dynamic environments, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Occasional after-office support may be required.
Job Description:
- Manage and follow up on incoming mails and correspondence through the system.
- Systemize and archive customer correspondence for efficient retrieval and documentation.
- Administer visa applications and travel arrangements for the team.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative guidelines and procedures.
- Handle and follow up on commercial activities related to department operations.
- Coordinate support and sales activities to achieve departmental goals.
- Play a key role in internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment by multitasking effectively.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor even in hectic situations.
- Provide occasional support outside office hours as required.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or technical-related roles.
- Demonstrates strong professional working etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in tasks and documentation.
- Possesses a customer-oriented mindset and strives to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and liaise with clients or other departments.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
