- Reporting to the Sales Coordinator Manager, Director Office
- To provide the sales report data for confirm Sales by daily or quarterly basis to Directors
- Checking the commission payout by the Sales Agent by weekly basis
- To consolidate the monthly confirm sales from respective sales team before submit to finance
- Checking the commission payout by the Sales Agent
- Responding to the Sales Team inquiries and resolving issues.
- Managing the tracker for internal memo under Director Office
- Coordinating with Sales Representatives and other departments with relation to the confirm sales/ sales updates/commissions/ sales campaign/ letter appointment for agent/agency
- Assisting Sales Coordinator Manager/ Directors with sales forecasting and budget planning.
- To prepare the ad hoc sales report as needed by the Sales Coordinator Manager/ Directors
- Preferably good skills in Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
