This role acts as the bridge between product teams, marketing, and e-commerce teams, ensuring that products are presented correctly and effectively to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management
- Maintain and update product data (e.g., descriptions, specifications, prices) across platforms.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure all content is prepared and live on time.
- Track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock information is reflected.
- Content Creation & Optimization
- Write compelling product descriptions that align with brand guidelines.
- Upload and manage high-quality images, videos, and other media assets.
- Optimize product listings for SEO and platform algorithms to increase visibility and conversion.
- Platform Coordination
- Ensure consistent product information across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok).
- Address platform-specific content requirements and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align product promotions and campaigns.
- Liaise with the design team for creative assets and the operations team for inventory updates.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor the performance of product listings and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on product sales, content engagement, and inventory status.
- Quality Control
- Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with the brand image.
- Regularly audit product listings to maintain consistency and high standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product presentation strategies.
