Assistant - Finance (Johor)

Description

Your Key Accountabilities: 1. To review the payment mode before issuance of payment voucher 2. To review the payment voucher and ensure the accuracy (i.e. payee name, description, invoice, amount, phase, accounts code, & phase code) 3. To monitor the payment clearance 4. To liaise with respective department’s Requestors to update payment status as and when required 5. To administer and execute departmental guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance. 6. Assist with other tasks as and when required

Requirements

1. Minimum one year of experience 2. Experience in the property industry is preferred 3. Diploma in Finance or Accounting / LCCI / CAT
