Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant - Customer Care. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our visitors. Key responsibilities include:

Customer Interaction:

  • Responding promptly to feedback and inquiries through our omni-channel system (CEH), telephone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Assisting customers with directions, information, and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.

Emergency Support:

  • Managing emergency accidents and incidents by providing immediate assistance and coordinating with relevant teams.

Communication:

  • Making announcements related to mall events, promotions, and important updates to keep customers informed.

Service Assistance:

  • Supporting customers with the loaning of amenities, such as strollers, wheelchairs, and umbrellas.
  • Handling lost and found cases, including assistance for lost children or senior citizens.

Counter Operations:

  • Managing the opening and closing of the customer service counter while ensuring all procedures are followed.

Exceptional Service Delivery:

  • Going the extra mile to delight customers, especially during festive seasons, by providing personalized service and memorable experiences.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Language Skills:
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Customer Service Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, F&B, or the Hotel and Management industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle diverse customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Location Flexibility:
  • Willingness to be based at Sunway 163 (Mont Kiara, KL).
