1. Logistic Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide NOA or pre-alert docs to customer.
- Monitor document clearance.
- Update container movement report.
- Submit container forecast.
- To prepare and ensure all documents needed are complete.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing paperwork, data entry, and maintaining shipping records.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Relevant working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Have good time management, multitasking and planning skills, ability to work under pressure
- Working Location: KKIP Selatan Industrial Zone 4
