Sepadu Tech Services Sdn Bhd is a Petronas Licensed Company based in Malaysia. We supply industrial engineering products to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Marine and Power Generation industries in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region. At the same time, we can integrate such products with local engineering capabilities to turn these products into skid-based process modules or turnkey solutions. We provide both installation and after sales service. We form long term relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers, many of which offer us exclusive supply agreements. These manufacturers are internationally recognized in the field of flow handling and control, filters and strainers, streamline & power related products, process modules, electrical switch gears, gratings, cable ladder and tray systems. Key Responsibilities

Invoice in the company’s tendering process for specific engineering products and services.
Prepare high-quality and compliant tenders and proposals that meet customer technical and commercial requirements.
Analyze and interpret customer requirements, technical and commercial specifications.
Handle various costing scenarios and propose to management for fast decision-making and selection of the best tender proposal.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to gather necessary information and data to support the proposal development and tender clarification and conversion process.
Will be trained with industry standards, products, and principal technical / engineering information to ensure proposals remain competitive and relevant.
Monitor supplier delivery schedules, engineering document preparation and submission and organize factory and site acceptance testing and commissioning.
Maintain accurate records of proposals, tenders, and quotations to track their progress and success.

Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, especially in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Proposal and Sales Support Engineer with a strong track record of delivering successful proposals.
In-depth technical knowledge of some products and services in oil and gas industry.
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
