We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician / Wireman to join our team at H & Y MAINTENANCE SDN BHD in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This full-time role is responsible for providing electrical maintenance and installation services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

What you'll be doing

  • Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance on a variety of electrical systems and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical safety regulations and standards
  • Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

    • What we're looking for

    • Qualified electrician with a minimum of 1/2 year experience in an electrical maintenance or installation role
    • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, motors and control systems
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve electrical faults
    • Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
    • Commitment to working safely and following all relevant regulations and procedures
    • A valid license for D / GDL / PW4
